I love to shoot in black and white myself, and the composition of these pieces spoke to me. I love the body and how it can be modern and abstract in a photo. Even a horse's mane can look like a thing of art without overtly being a portrait of the animal. 1963 Subway and Calm Life feel like commentaries on our life surroundings and the beauty of the every day which I think are actually unexpected when hung in homes and definitely a conversation starter! I feel like the pieces in my collection could all fit on one space, and yet each have an individuality that sets them
